Pets: Ginger, Piper, and Lexi

I’m from Terre Haute, where I grew up out in the country and loved the peace and solitude out there. I was very active in 4-H, I raised rabbits and was a 10-year 4-H member. I always wanted to be a veterinarian for as long as I could remember. I attended Purdue University for undergraduate and graduated from vet school there in 1999. I started my house call business over 20 years ago, and still enjoy doing that on a small scale as well as working here at Brown Veterinary Hospital. My husband Kyle and I have a home on 20 acres where we built a large pond for all our koi. Our 3 cats, Ginger, Piper, and Lexi, are kind enough to share their house with us. I am blessed with 4 stepchildren whom I love as my own.

I enjoy landscaping, working out, and being outside. Other hobbies include escape rooms and playing euchre.
